Personal Bio: I have always loved the sport
of Stock Car racing. I have a fantasy football team and recently,
to help make the long off season bearable, some of the guys
in my football league started up a fantasy racing league.
It really started as just somewhere where we could still talk
smack to each other and compete against each other in something
else while we endured the drudgery of the months without pads
popping. The fantasy racing stuff really got me back into
loving racing all over again, and one day I saw Nascar4 CD
at Best Buy for 10 bucks. Well, the rest is history as they
say because I was INSTANTLY hooked. I began learning against
the computer at first, and slowly began racing against real
folks online. Man, I got my ass kicked because I was just
using the standard "arcade" setups, and I did not
know this at the time, but these other people were using much
faster hybrid setups. So, I was fortunate enough to find this
league and the rest is history! Thanks, Dave for starting
this group!
