I have been an avid race fan all my life, racing myself for several years at a local 1/4 mile oval track. I began my racing career in 1988 as an enduro driver and worked my way through the ranks of Street Stock, Super Stock, and Flying Tiger. Winning several races and Rookie of the Year honors in 1990. After the birth of my two youngest children, I gave up my place behind the wheel to become a car owner for an up and coming driver, Roger Brown, Jr. who won the Championship that year (1999). Currently, I spend my weekends from May until October working at the local track where I grew up racing. My position at the track have included, Chief Starter, Race Director, and Pit Road Flag man.

Wherever I am needed, I go. A highlight to my working career was the opportunity to work for Mr. Tom Maybeery of the PASS tour this summer as his Chief Starter at Beech Ridge Speedway in Scarborough, Maine. The opportunity to flag a race that included drivers, Dave Dion, Ben and Mike Rowe, Kelly Moore and Dale Shaw was quite an honor as these were drivers I grew up watching.

In my brief online racing career, my greatest moment was winning the October 2006 truck race at Lowe's Motor Speedway (Thanks Todd).
