There is a 1 time yearly free pass for -1 pt violations
These are guidelines - Subject to variations

Chat: "Warning" by administration - carries a mandatory provisional start at the next race the offending driver(s) attends.
This also means the communications must immediately cease between the offending drivers.
Remember - no cussing, fussing, whining, accusing, crying, *flaming, complaining or anything of the like during the race.

-3 Point violations:

Not using correct car # or file
Chatting (voice or text) during qualifying before all scores are posted
Showing up with no car file loaded
Unnecessary chat while lights are off

There are no free passes for the remaining offenses

All races are reviewed. All incidents are reviewed for other penalties. Below are the points and lap penalties.

-3 points violations:
Not maintaining proper speeds on start. Pace speed +/- 3 MPH.

-5 points violations:
Failing to keep proper pacing distance on start. Greater than 2 car lengths. If coming from the pits hot, get to the pacing field as quickly as possible. If the race goes green and a driver from the pits has not met his pacing requirements, he cannot pass until he has completed turn 2 and there is no penalty for speeding.

-15 to - 25 points violation: depends of extent of damage (minor vs. major)
Causing damage to another car during a caution lap. (exclusions: at the scene of the incident as it unfolds)
Causing damage to another car while trying to "fake Pit" under caution
Lapped cars causing a caution on restart before 1 lap has been completed

Causing a caution accrues per race.
1st caution – warning *
2nd caution = “Drive through” under green next points race attended
3rd caution = -5 point penalty plus “drive through” next race (and is required to park it for the night)

Driver accident account -
A a percentage of each accident will be added to each car involved in a crash - once the driver reaches 100% - he has to sit out the following race. When the session ends, his account is emptied and starts over.

-55 points
Acts of reckless or over-aggressive driving
Racing back to the line with more than 10 laps to the finish which causes additional damage or another accident.(driver's asked to pass is OK)

-1 Lap
Passing Below Yellow unless position returned within 1 lap of racing.

-2 Race suspension
Cussing, Flaming, using foul language (a mandatory suspension up to termination)
Use of terms like: "Go ahead and penalize me" or anything derogatory/disrespectful to the admin.

Permenent Termination
Intentional Wrecking
Vulgar or fould language

Penalites may be compiled upon other penalties for one incident depending on the severity.
I will try to avoid excessive accumulation of penalties.

All efforts to maintain the integrity of "racing deals" will be priority. If it's obvious - it'll be a penalty.

There is no contesting penalties - don't make any mistakes - and you won't have to contest anything.
